Mr. President Dr. Bashar Al-Assad arrived to Amman today, where he held talks with the King of the Kingdom Hashemite of Jordan His Majesty King Abdullah II, during which the review of the fraternal relations between Syria and Jordan and ways to strengthen it.

The meeting reviewed the ongoing preparations to hold the next Arab summit in Doha.

Mr. President and Jordan’s King confirmed need to make every possible effort in order to achieve the Palestinian reconciliation that serves the best interests of the Palestinian people.
