Mr. President Dr. Bashar Al-Assad Accepts Credentials Of Ambassador Of Vatican And Provide His Instructions To Syrian Ambassadors In Jordan And Turkey

Mr. President Dr. Bashar Al-Assad accepted this morning, the credentials of Mr. Mario Tzinare ambassador of Vatican in the Syrian Arab Republic.
Then Mr. President met the new Vatican ambassador in Damascus and talk with him and wished him success in his tasks.
Also Mr. Bahjat Suleiman legal sworn in front of Mr. President today, an ambassador of the Syrian Arab Republic to Kingdom of Hashemite Jordan, then Mr. President received him and provided him some instructions.
Also Dr. Nidal Qublan legal sworn in front of Mr. President today, an ambassador of the Syrian Arab Republic to Turkey, then Mr. President received him and provided him some instructions.

Mr. President Dr. Bashar Al-Assad issued Legislative Decree No. 19 of 2009, To create the Fund at the development and export promotion called “Export Development Fund” financially independent from organization, linked with Mr. Minister of Economy and Trade.
The Fund seeks to increase volume of national exports, expansion areas, reduce the burden and strengthen the competitive position of the Syrian products similar to foreign products and to enable them to access foreign markets in form leading to achievement of economic and trade policy in the Country.

Mr. President Dr. Bashar Al-Assad issued Legislative Decree No. 17 of 2009, To abolish the violation of the frequent turnover from the new traffic law.
According to the Decree, “delete the words and the frequent turnover in the second item of Article 3, paragraph 42 of Legislative Decree No. 11 of 2008 containing the amendment of the law of traffic and vehicles.”
